They Sleep, We Sleep was born when I realized that yes, your child needs sleep, but we as parents also need sleep to be the best versions of ourselves. We all know that we feel better after we have had a good night’s sleep and I am here to tell you that you can reclaim those restful nights.

After having our son, I read all the books, searched the internet and scrolled through instagram for any tips and tricks that would help get my baby to sleep. But I always had follow up questions. As a result, my family worked with an amazing sleep consultant when our son was 3 ½ months old and the experience was transformative.

We went from tired and overwhelmed new parents to having a glass of wine at 7pm because we knew our baby would be asleep until 7am the next morning. It was after a few weeks of sleeping like we slept before the baby, that the idea of They Sleep, We Sleep started to take root. 

I want to help you be the best version of you, whether that's as a parent, a partner, a colleague or a friend, and that starts by both you and your child getting the sleep you need. I’m here to be your guide. Or cheerleader. Or coach. I want to be all of those roles for your family when it comes to establishing a safe, age appropriate and effective sleep plan for your child.
